Mississippi Gulf Fishing Banks, Inc.

Activity Report for the Period
January 10 - February 13, 2003

Summary
During this period, there were 2 construction trips. The Cat Island Reef was created with 2 barge loads of rubble deployed over 4 target reefs and a lighted marker piling was set.

Cat Island Rubble

T&W Marine was contracted to set the lighted Marker Piling and deploy the rubble. Primofish.com was contracted for spotter services. The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources was supervising. T&W brought 2 barges out on February 10, one with the piling and a crane, the other loaded with rubble (30'X110' Barge). The Piling was set first at a location just east of the existing shrimp boat wreck. The load of rubble was deployed onto 2 separate targets as was the following load deployed on February 12. The coordinates and details are shown below for these 4 new reefs as well as the Marker Piling and the existing shrimp boat wreck.
